It�s an odd thing to cover a stomach knot with a smile. Sure the mouth is part of the digestive tract � the doorway in fact, but it takes food 6 or so hours to get from the lips to the stomach. How long does it take for a smile to get there? You concede that you're not covering up shit, though you hope she appreciates the effort.
It seems like everything should work fine and it just won't. Regardless of what you are. Regardless of what you're capable of, it just won't happen. You can't be 'him' or 'it' or whatever you need to be, and why would you want to be? Because you miss her.
She's less than a foot from you and you miss her like hell.
