Make sure to have a couple shots of tequila tonight for Mexican Independence Day (No, it's not May 5th - that's for a battle with the French). On September 15th 18- er... something (1810 - yay google), Mexico declared Spain get the fuck off it's nuts and then threw down for 11 years til they were finally free.
